What you should know

General conditions

We ask for your understanding if we cannot reserve specific room numbers or floors.

Tourism tax (local tax) from 2024 2,90 € p.p. and day is not included in the price. (children from 14 years)

Pension prices

Our room prices are per person/day including breakfast. The rooms can only be booked with breakfast. During the seasons: Ascension Day, Whitsun, Corpus Christi, August our offers do not apply.

Bar: Self Service open around the clock

Self Check in: Please let us know your mobile phone number and we will send you the code for the key safe in good time.

Arrival and departure

Your booked room is ready for occupancy from approx. 1 pm. Please let us know your arrival time in good time so that we can welcome you personally. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am.

Pets

We ask all dog owners for their understanding that your four-legged darlings are only accepted with their own basket and blanket. Bowls are available. Your pet may be brought to dinner and breakfast by arrangement. We charge € 10.00 per day for your dog. In our Garni our house dog Gina keeps watch and protects the house.

Reception

The reception is usually open from 8.00 to 10.00

Reductions for children

Our rooms are not suitable for families with small children. There is no room for a 3rd person. Children in their own room do not receive a discount.

Means of payment

You can pay your room bill with cash, EC card or the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. We kindly ask guests to settle the room bill the day before departure.

Sauna

A sauna is available to our house guests on the 1st floor, which can be switched on at will. (For the bathrobe we charge a one-time fee of 5,00 € ).

We are happy to store your cooling elements or medicines etc. that need to be cooled for you. Please contact the reception desk for this. In our 3-star house, the rooms are not equipped with a refrigerator. For 5,00 € per day we can lend you a small cooling bag, depending on availability.

We reserve the right to programme or price changes and errors.

Cancellation

Cancellations are an unpleasant thing. But it would be a pity if someone does not arrive and the rooms remain free, although someone else would have liked to come. Please let us know as soon as possible. When booking we expect a deposit payment of 30% per room.The deposit payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Payment of the balance on the day of arrival. Short notice departures will be noted but will not affect the days booked and will always be charged at 100%.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, there are no additional cancellation fees.
In the event of cancellation within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, fees amounting to 70% of the total amount booked will be charged.
In the event of cancellation within 14 to 1 days prior to arrival, a fee of 100% of the total amount booked will be charged. In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked, unused days will be charged.

Please take out travel cancellation insurance. In the event of early departure or short-term cancellation, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the agreed price (in accordance with international hotel standards). Cancellations are unpleasant. But it would be a pity if someone did not arrive and the rooms remained free, although someone else would have liked to come. Please let us know as soon as possible.
